Refund and Return Policy

At Vrindavan Mathura Cabs, we believe in honest and transparent service. We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, and we want to make our policies as fair and clear as possible.

Booking Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your taxi booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your pick-up time, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the situation, and the balance will be refunded to you.
  • No Refund: In case of last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours before pick-up), no-shows, or if the guest is unreachable at the scheduled time, the advance payment may not be refunded.

Tour Package Refunds

  • Flexible Policy: For multi-day tour packages, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Policy: Cancellations within 72 to 24 hours of the tour start time will incur a 25% cancellation fee, and the remainder will be refunded.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be processed for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time or for no-shows.

Hotel and Third-Party Bookings

  • For hotel or third-party services (such as guides or activities) arranged through us, the refund policy of the respective hotel or provider will apply. We will assist in the process, but any refund amount will depend on their terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at info@vrindavanmathuracabs.com with your booking details. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Changes and Modifications

We always try to accommodate changes to your booking where possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for any date, time, or itinerary modifications. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or upgrades.

Exceptional Cases

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies, natural calamities, or unavoidable circumstances, please get in touch with our team, and we will review your request sympathetically.
